I have used Polo Floors for numerous home improvements that included counter tops, tile and
carpet flooring, painting and ceiling scraping
(remove old popcorn). The service and pricing was
the best as I shopped around. What can not be beat
is their service before, during and after the project was done! If I had a issue they were quick to respond and address a issue professionally and with the same courtesy as they provided at the start. Peace of mind
and a beautiful home. WW

After visiting multiple stores, we found the perfect wood grain tile at Polo Floors. They did a great job installing it in our bedroom and we liked the floor so much we decided to continue the flooring throughout the entire main level. Polo only had about 70% of the needed tile in stock but after a few day search, they were able to acquire the remaining amount. The installation team was great, and they completed the job within budget and ahead of schedule.

Wow! It's so rare now a days to get great customer service that I had to mention it for others. I had a water leak in my home in Avalon Park and some laminate pieces in the middle were damaged. I contact Polo Floors and Salma came over with their installer to see if they could help and in fact they did. She gave me a price and a day and the installer (Bernardo) arrived on time and did an amazing job fixing the floor and laying down a new one in a closet.

Came in here searching for the right color penny rounds after the last flooring company screwed up my order multiple times. The challenge was tracking the brand and color of the tile sample I have. As someone who was just browsing, the hospitality and assistance that the owner bestowed to me was unparalleled. They went above and beyond to help, and as a business owner myself- I know what good customer service looks like.

Our project led with Polo Floors was quite an ambitious one. Well, it was a remodeling that also included changing the layout, fixtures, removing walls, in short, it was a big project.
At first we consulted other companies, some did not understand the magnitude of the project and others simply the budget was somewhat exorbitant.
When we met the people at Polo Floors from the beginning they made us feel safe and confident.
It was a project full of setbacks, let's remember that being such a large project it involved too many people external to Polo Floor, each with a different vision and full agendas, it took a lot of time, yes, but Ms. Zulma (she is a treasure of an employee, that a successful company dreams of having) together with Mr. Polo made every desired detail achieved. We had 2 hurricanes, medical emergencies for workers, in short, external things that human beings often cannot control. It included a lot of patience from both our parties and Polo Floors to fulfill our wishes.
Mr. Polo, thank you for giving and showing your face when we need it most. Thank you for leaving us in the hands of Mrs. Zulma who, in addition to her great professionalism, is full of patience, tenacity, courage without leaving kindness aside. A successful result would not have been possible without all of the above elements.

Polo did an excellent job on painting the exterior of my home. It looks even better than the day it was built. They were neat, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for my future house projects. Thank you so much!!

We were VERY impressed with the sales and installation experience we had with Polo Flooring located in Avalon Park. Jessica was very informative about the products they sell. It was easy to choose and gorgeous. She is very professional and followed up w emails and phone calls that was very much appreciated.
They have a nice selection of carpeting and other flooring. The order came in quick. The installers were excellent, professional and quick. Very impressed with their work and Bernardo went above and beyond!!! Could not have been better with moving furniture, pulling up the old carpet and laying the new VLP and carpet.
We couldn't be happier with our purchase.! Thank you for an awesome job. My husband and I are very happy with our new laminate floor and carpets, it looks great. Thanks to all.
